Armenia denies Azerbaijani claims of subversive attack
Armenia’s Defense Ministry has refuted Azerbaijani allegations of an attempted subversive attack by Armenian forces in the southeastern border area on Saturday evening.
“The statement of the Azerbaijani State Border Service on subversive activities by the Armenian army units in the evening of April 23, namely an attempt to access an area under the control of the Azerbaijani military in the southeastern section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is false,” the Defense Ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
