Numerous people greet car rally participants in Armenian town
The Armenian opposition forces held a car rally from Yerevan to Vanadzor, Armenia's third largest city, on Saturday to culminate in a demonstration in the city at 1pm.
A large number of citizens saluted the rally participants in the town of Aparan. The cars stopped for a few minutes for the politicians to greet the Aparan people.
Before reaching Vanadzor, a stop was also made in the town of Spitak, where the protesters were greeted with salt and bread.
The Spitak people chanted “Armenia without Turks!” and "Armenia without Nikol!".
