Shootings reported in Stepanakert; suspect arrested
Shootings took place in Renaissance Square of Stepanakert, Artsakh, on Tuesday evening, the Prosecutor's Office said.
As a result of the incident which happened at around 7pm, the car owned by a Stepanakert resident was damaged.
Artsakh’s Investigative Committee has launched a criminal case into hooliganism and illegal possession of weapons under Articles 269 and 245 of the Criminal Code.
A suspect, identified only by his initials S.K., has been arrested.
The preliminary probe is underway.
The law enforcement agency promised to provide further updates on the case.
