'Everyone's participation is essential': Vanetsyan urges people to join Saturday's rally
Opposition leader Artur Vanetsyan urges people to join an anti-government rally to be held in Yerevan’s France Square on Saturday evening, saying everyone’s participation is “extremely important”.
“We look forward to seeing you all on France Square at 6pm,” he wrote on Facebook.
“Everyone's participation is essential,” Vanetsyan stressed.
Anti-government protests began in Armenia after PM Nikol Pashinyan hinted at concessions over Artsakh last month, saying that the international community wanted Yerevan to "lower the bar" on its status and recognize Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity.
