Armenia's Civil Aviation Committee head steps down
Chairperson of Armenia’s Civil Aviation Committee Tatevik Revazyan has submitted resignation.
“Time has come to resign as Chairperson of the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia. I am grateful for this opportunity provided to me – to serve the aviation sector and the people for almost 4 years full of trials and success,” she said in a Facebook post announcing her resignation.
“I am proud of the results my team achieved, especially with the steps aimed at ensuring the security of our sky. The results of the steps taken to improve flight safety will be clearly visible in the near future,” Revazyan noted.
She stresses that she has achieved the goals set for herself when joining the Civil Aviation Committee in 2018, adding she is ready to continue contributing to the development of Armenian aviation “in every way possible”.
“As someone who is far from politics and therefore not constrained by any political processes, I have always highlighted the role of a free, independent and professional businesswoman. I have decided to go back to business soon," Revazyan said.
