Armenian fallen heroes' mother gives birth to baby boy
The mother of police officers Gevorg and Karen Gevorgyans, who were killed defending Artsakh in the 2020 war, has given birth to a baby boy.
The baby was born on June 28.
"Our miracle, whose two brothers were killed in the 44-day war, was born,” Anush Abrahamyan, a doctor at Yerevan’s Fertility Center, wrote on Facebook, sharing the newborn’s photo.
She expressed gratitude to the medial staff for “invaluable efforts”.
The brothers fought for Karvachar for nearly one month during the 44-day war. They fell defending Shushi on November 7. Their bodies were lying next to each other when they were found on November 17.
