Temperatures set to drop in Armenia
Rain and thunderstorms are expected in some parts of Armenia from 30 June to July 4, the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center reports, adding hailstorms are also possible. No precipitation is forecast for July 5.
The southeastern wind speed is 2-5 m/s. Strong winds of up to 22 m/s are expected during thunderstorms. Winds of up to 18 m/s are forecast in the Ararat valley in the evening.
Temperatures are set to gradually drop by 4-6C across the country on July 2-4.
Showers and thunderstorms are possible in some parts of the Armenian capital, Yerevan, on July 2. No precipitation is forecast for 30 June, 1, 3 and 5 July.
