Azerbaijani military shells Armenian positions
Azerbaijan has again falsely accused Armenia of ceasefire violation.
“The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has spread disinformation yet again, alleging that the Armenian army units opened fire on Azerbaijani combat positions deployed in the eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on Monday evening,” the Armenian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
Moreover, the Azerbaijani military shelled Armenian positions in the western border section at the time, also using large caliber firearms.
“The Azerbaijani fire was suppressed after Armenia’s retaliatory measures,” the statement said.
