Vahan Teryan Poetry Day celebrated in Gandza
Vahan Teryan Poetry Day was celebrated in Gandza, a village in Georgia's Ninotsminda region, on Sunday.
The holiday was celebrated in the village for the first time after a two-year break because of the Covid-19 pandemic, Jnews reports.
Before the concert, the guests visited the house-museum of renowned Armenian poet Vahan Teryan and its exhibition hall, which was renovated last year with the funds of the Support to Javakheti Foundation.
Vahan Teryan's poems were also recited at the event.
The Parvana ensemble of the Ninotsminda House of Culture and Gandza’s Gandzer ensemble were among the performers at the concert.
