Armenia submits new complaint to ECHR against Azerbaijan
Armenia submitted a new full interstate complaint to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) against Azerbaijan on July 27, the Office of the Representative of Armenia on International Legal Matters said in a statement on Tuesday.
“The complaint concerns the violation of the rights of civilians as a result of the Azerbaijani aggression against Khramort and Parukh villages of the Artsakh Republic in 2022, the real threats made by Azerbaijan towards the residents of Artsakh’s border villages as well as the use of force by the Azerbaijani military against Artsakh civilians in 2021-2022, as a result of which the people’s right to life has been violated,” reads the statement.
