Charles Michel holds phone calls with Pashinyan, Aliyev
President of the European Council Charles Michel has held phone calls with Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev, he said in a tweet on Friday.
“I had separate calls with Azerbaijani President Aliyev and PM Nikol Pashinyan on the latest developments in the region,” Michel said. “Working together to ensure de-escalation and open connections.”
“Ahead of our next leaders meeting in Brussels, pursuing dialogue and achieving concrete progress on all items on the agenda is key. The EU remains committed,” he added.
