Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson split after 9 months together
Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have reportedly gone their separate ways, Vogue says.
According to People, the pair split up after nine months of dating. Kardashian and Davidson were first linked back in October 2021, after she hosted an episode of Saturday Night Live and the pair appeared in a sketch as Aladdin and Jasmine from the classic Disney film. A source told People the Skims founder was attracted to the comedian because he could “make her laugh,” and the romance quickly blossomed with a series of trips to Davidson’s native Staten Island.
Throughout their relationship, the two made several high-profile appearances: ringing in the new year together in the Bahamas, attending the premiere of the Kardashians’ new Hulu show, and making a particularly memorable showing at the 2022 Met Gala, for which Kardashian wore Marilyn Monroe’s famous “Happy Birthday, Mr. President” gown.
Most recently, Davidson has been in Australia shooting his latest film, Wizards!, for A24, with Kardashian visiting him on set as recently as last month. According to E! News, which first reported on their split, the pair continue to have “a lot of love and respect for each other,” but the long-distance nature of their romance and their busy schedules “made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.”
Neither of the two has yet to comment publicly on the end of their relationship.
