Pashinyan sends congratulatory message to Indian PM
Nikol Pashinyan on Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of the Republic of India, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and India. Below is the full message publicized by the Armenian prime minister's office.
"Dear Mr. Prime Minister,
I heartily congratulate you on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our friendly countries.
It should be noted with satisfaction that the thousand-year-old ties between our peoples have received a new impetus, especially in the recent years. The best proof of this is the day by day growing and developing mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields. The political dialogue has been activated, the Armenian-Indian intergovernmental commission is working effectively, close cooperation has been formed in the fields of education, culture, information technology, defense, trade and economy and other fields.
Armenia highly appreciates the caring attitude of the Indian authorities towards the Armenian community, Armenian historical shrines and Armenian heritage.
I hope that by joint efforts we will achieve new success for the benefit of our friendly countries and peoples.
