DigiTec Summit and Expo postponed in Armenia
DigiTec Summit and Expo has been postponed in Armenia following Azerbaijan’s attack last week.
“Taking into account the situation created in Armenia, the specifics caused by it, the unpredictable perspectives of the stabilization of the situation in the upcoming days, as well as the messages received from our members and participants, the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE) had to come up with the decision to postpone DigiTec Summit and Expo. We believe everyone shares our concern and considers it justified,” the organization said in a statement.
“We want to highlight that having a strong industry is critical to overcoming the challenges our country faces, and DigiTec Expo has been serving that goal since 2005. Therefore, we are firm in our decision to hold the event as soon as the situation stabilizes and the environment is appropriate.
“In case of any questions, the Digitec 2022 organizational team is ready to find suitable solutions. We are grateful to you for standing by our side in these challenging times,” reads the statement.
