Artsakh official blames int'l community's impotence for continuing Azeri crimes
The international community's impotence is to blame for the continuation of Azerbaijani war crimes against Armenians, Artsakh’s State Minister Artak Beglaryan claims.
The official shared on social media the Armenian ombudsperson’s post about Azerbaijan's crimes during its latest military aggression. She stated an Armenian soldier, Davit Gishyan, was killed in Azerbaijani captivity.
“Since 2020, such kind of many cases have been recorded that Azerbaijan servicemen killed/executed captured &/or wounded Armenian servicemen & civilians,” Beglaryan tweeted on Tuesday.
“Impunity is the key reason of continuation of those crimes, while the reason of impunity is the impotency of the international community,” he said.
