Video showing execution of Armenian soldiers sent to ECHR, ICJ
The video posted on social media on Sunday that shows Azerbaijani troops executing several unarmed Armenian soldiers has been sent to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the office of Armenia’s representative on international legal matters reports.
"As part of the claims lodged with the European Court of Human Rights and the International Court of Justice for the protection of the rights of Armenian prisoners of war, the video of the killing of Armenian soldiers circulated on social media on October 2 was submitted to the courts on October 3,” it said in a statement on Monday.
“Azerbaijan's violation of the fundamental rights of ethnic Armenians has once again been emphasized," the office added.
