Armenian security chief meets with NATO officer
Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council Armen Grigoryan on Wednesday met with Alexander Vinnikov, head of the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia.
The security chief briefed the NATO officer on the large-scale military aggression launched by Azerbaijan on September 13 and its broad geopolitical context.
Grigoryan underscored that the Azerbaijani troops must withdraw from the sovereign territory of Armenia and Yerevan continues to work with its international partners to settle the issue.
The two discussed the Armenia-NATO partnership, as well as outlined the possibilities of deepening cooperation in the army reforms.
