Armenia's biggest taxpayers revealed
The State Revenue Committee (SRC) has named Armenia’s 1,000 largest corporate taxpayers in January-September 2022.
The Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine tops the list of biggest taxpayers. The mining enterprise contributed 129.1 billion drams to the state budget in the first nine months of this year.
The national gas distribution company Gazprom Armenia comes in second with tax liabilities of 41.8 billion drams, followed by the Grand Tobacco cigarette manufacturer that paid 32.4 billion drams in taxes.
The top ten taxpayers also include the International Masis Tabak, MTS Armenia, Philip Morris Armenia, CPS Energy Group, Agarak Copper-Molybdenum Combine, Flash oil trader and JTI Armenia.
The companies paid over 1 trillion 82 billion drams in various taxes in nine months.
