RT chief editor Margarita Simonyan banned from entering Armenia
RT editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan has been banned from entering Armenia, she said on Telegram on Wednesday.
Noting that the Armenian authorities have imposed an entry ban on Russian politician Konstantin Zatulin, First Deputy Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, she said that she had also been banned from the country.
“The Armenian leadership has banned Konstantin Zatulin, who has strongly supported Armenia for many years, from entering the country. Me, too, by the way,” she wrote, without naming any reason for the decision.
