Five young Armenian judokas to compete at European Championships
Five judokas will represent Armenia at the European U23 Judo Championships to be held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 27 to 29 October.
The Armenian U23 team led by head coach Hovhannes Davtyan left for the event venue on Wednesday after holding a training camp in Georgia, the Armenian National Olympic Committee reports.
The Armenian competitors are Yervand Nersesyan (60 kg), Styopa Darbinyan (66 kg), Artyom Ghalachyan (66 kg), Artak Torosyan (73 kg) and Arsen Avedisyan (73 kg).
