Special parliament session and rally to be held in Artsakh on Oct. 30
At the initiative of all political forces represented in the Artsakh parliament, an extraordinary session of the National Assembly and a rally dedicated to the dignified and secure future of the Artsakh Republic will be held on Sunday 30 October.
The session will be broadcast live during the rally called at the same time on Renaissance Square of Stepanakert, the parliament said in a statement on Thursday.
“Immediately after the session, speeches will be delivered in the rally called on Renaissance Square. We call on all of you to partake in the rally to unitedly express our determination to master our own destinies in our native land.
“On October 30, at 3pm, let’s meet on Renaissance Square to raise our voice in the spirit of the 1988 movement,” reads the statement.
