EU special envoy Toivo Klaar visits Armenia
Toivo Klaar, the European Union's special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, has again arrived in Yerevan, Armenia.
“A beautiful, if somewhat chilly morning in Yerevan. It’s been a while,” he said in a tweet on Friday, sharing a screenshot of the weather forecast for Yerevan.
Klaar last visited Armenia in September. The agenda of his ongoing trip has not been revealed in advance.
