Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul files petition to officially change his name
Breaking bad star Aaron Paul has filed a petition to change his name along with his wife and child, The Mirror reports.
The 43-year-old actor has made the decision to undergo an official name change for all members of the family and submitted the documents to make it official.
Aaron - whose real surname is actually Sturtevant - has been known in the acting world by his alternative moniker for years and now wants wife Lauren Parsekian, 35, and his baby son to have new names too.
However, their little boy won't be changing his surname - he's already registered as Paul despite his parents not currently being officially called the name - but his Christian names will be altered from Casper Emerson, to Ryden Caspian.
They have already been using the new name for the baby on their social media accounts and have stated that they want to create a uniform family name that ties in with Aaron's stage name hence the change.
Documents obtained by TMZ confirm the change, with the couple confirming they decided after naming their baby in the hospital that they like the new names better in the paperwork.
Ryden was born in April and is the couple's second child, they already share four-year-old daughter Story Annabelle Paul.
Aaron and Lauren tied the knot in 2013 after first meeting at Coachella in 2009, the couple met again the following year and shared their first kiss at the iconic event.
