Armenian, Russian and Azeri parliamentarians may meet soon
Russia’s Federation Council will discuss the setup of a group to arrange trilateral inter-parliamentary talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan next week, a source in the upper chamber of the Russian parliament told RIA Novosti on Friday.
"Next week, the Federation Council will discuss the creation of a negotiating group to hold trilateral inter-parliamentary dialogue with Armenian and Azerbaijani lawmakers," the source said.
He said the trilateral meeting "may take place in the near future, possibly in November.” The venue has not yet been determined.
