Blinken says he urged Pashinyan to 'sustain momentum' on peace talks with Azerbaijan
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken says he called on Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to “sustain momentum” on peace talks with Azerbaijan in a phone call on Tuesday.
“I urged Prime Minister Pashinyan to sustain momentum on peace negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia following the foreign ministers’ talks in Washington on November 7,” he said in a tweet on Wednesday.
“The United States remains committed to these efforts,” Blinken added.
