Putin to attend CSTO summit in Armenia next week, Kremlin confirms
Russian President Vladimir Putin will take part in a summit of the Moscow-led Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Armenia next week, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed on Friday.
"A trip to Armenia for the CSTO summit and Russian-Cuban talks will be held," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying on Friday.
A meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council will be held in Yerevan on November 23, in attendance of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov and Tajik President Emomali Rahmon.
