Azeri forces open fire at farmer in Artsakh
Azerbaijani troops opened fire at an Armenian civilian carrying out agricultural work on a field in the village of Hatsi in Artsakh’s Martuni region on Friday.
The man, identified as Igor Abrahamyan, told the local police that shots were fired at him from nearby Azerbaijani combat positions while he was employing a tractor, which was damaged.
The police said no one was hurt in the incident, but agricultural work had to be stopped.
Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh will be informed about the incident, it added.
