Armenian security chief discusses regional security with French officials
On the sidelines of his working visit in Paris, Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council Armen Grigoryan on Monday met with Isabelle Dumont, the French president’s advisor on Continental Europe and Turkey, Frédéric Mondoloni, Director for Continental Europe at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vice-Admiral Christophe Lucas, Directorate-General for International Relations and Strategy at the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, and French Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Brice Roquefeuil.
The sides discussed a number of international and regional security issues of mutual interest. Grigoryan reaffirmed Armenia’s readiness to promote regional security, the Security Council press service reported on Tuesday.
They also praised the development dynamics of Armenian-French bilateral multisectoral relations which have further intensified recently. An agreement was reached to continue the dialogue aimed at developing bilateral ties in different areas.
