Azerbaijani troops fire at Armenian border positions, use mortars
The Defense Ministry of Armenia reported another ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan late on Tuesday.
“Azerbaijan’s armed forces opened fire at the Armenian combat positions located along the eastern section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on November 29, at 11:10pm,” the ministry said in a statement.
Azerbaijani forces used different caliber firearms and mortars.
No casualties were reported among the Armenian military personnel.
“As of 8:30am November 30, the situation at the frontline is relatively stable,” the statement said.
