Snow hits southern Armenia
Some roads are closed and difficult to pass in Armenia as of Wednesday morning, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
In particular, the roadways linking Amberd high mountain meteorological station to Amberd Fortress and Lake Kari in Aragatsotn Province are shut down.
Snowfall is reported in some parts of Armenia's southern Syunik Province.
According to the Department of Emergency Situations of Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center (CMC) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open to all traffic.
