7-year-old child dies in Yerevan hospital
A seven-year-old child has died in St. Gregory the Illuminator (Grigor Lusavorich) Medical Center in Yerevan, the police said on Monday.
"On December 26, at 12:40am, the hospital reported that a boy, born in 2015, who had been under medical care in the hospital since December 24, died at 11։55pm on December 25 and the child's relatives were showing inadequate behavior,” it said in a statement.
A police task force was dispatched to the scene.
“A forensic examination has been ordered. A preliminary probe is underway,” the police added.
No other details were immediately available.
