Artsakh president appoints new ministers
Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan on Thursday approved the government's decision to dismiss Suren Galstyan as chairman of the Artsakh Cadastre and State Property Management Committee, the presidential office reported.
On the same day, Harutyunyan signed decrees according to which Suren Galstyan was appointed Artsakh Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, while Hrant Safaryan was named Artsakh Minister of Agriculture.
Hrant Safaryan formerly served as Director General of the Village and Agriculture Support Fund.
