Armenian interior ministry to comprise police, rescue and migration services
The new Armenian interior ministry will comprise the national police, rescue, migration and citizenship services, according to the amendments to a government decision proposed by the Ministry of Justice.
Presenting the draft decision at a cabinet meeting on Thursday, Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan said the part concerning the emergencies ministry had been removed from the document.
The draft decision was adopted unanimously at today's meeting.
The Armenian Rescue Service is currently part of the ministry of emergencies.
