Georgian president congratulates Armenians on Christmas
President Salome Zourabichvili of Georgia has offered congratulations to the Armenian Apostolic Church, its parishioners in Georgia, as well as Armenians from around the world on the Feast of the Nativity and Epiphany of Jesus Christ (Christmas).
"May this great holiday of kindness and virtue, which you celebrate today, bring you and your families peace, health and prosperity," Zurabishvili wrote on Facebook.
The feast celebrated in Armenia annually on 6 January commemorates Christ’s birth and baptism.
