Urartu signs Brazilian defender Rafael da Silva
Brazilian defender Rafael da Silva has joined Urartu FC, it said in a statement on Wednesday.
“We are happy to announce that Urartu Football Club has a new signing. The club signed a contract with the Brazilian defender Rafael da Silva,” the club said.
The 30-year-old footballer previously played for Brazilian clubs Red Bull Bragantino, Ceara SC, ES Vitória and Botafogo FR.
“We welcome Rafa in Urartu FC and wish him success in our club. We'd like to add that the Brazilian will play under the number 35,” the club said.
