12 children hospitalized after use of 'unknown gas' at Hrazdan school
12 children from a school in Hrazdan, a town in Armenia’s Kotayk Province, were hospitalized after a fellow student used “unknown gas” in the school area, the Armenian Ministry of Health reported on Friday.
The incident happened at Basic School No. 11 in Hrazdan.
The children aged between 9 and 14 fell sick as a result of the unknown gas usage, the ministry said. They were taken to the Hrazdan Medical Center.
4 of the 12 children have already been discharged from the hospital. The others are in satisfactory condition, the healthcare ministry said.
