Army Day wreath laid at Yerablur on Serzh Sargsyan's behalf
A wreath has been laid at the Yerablur military cemetery in Yerevan on former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s behalf on Army Day celebrated on January 28, his office reported.
“This morning, on the occasion of Army Day, a wreath was laid on behalf of Armenia’s third President Serzh Sargsyan at the Yerablur Military Pantheon in memory of those who made their greatest contribution to the army-building efforts and who sacrificed their lives for the defense, freedom and independence of the Motherland,” it said.
Sargsyan also issued an Army Day message.
