Armenian quake rescue team ends mission in Aleppo
The Armenian team has completed search and rescue operations in all districts of Syria's Aleppo Governorate, Armenia’s Consulate General in Aleppo reported on Monday.
Armenia sent search and rescue teams to the earthquake-hit Turkey and Syria on February 8.
The death toll across Turkey and Syria following the February 6 catastrophic earthquake has reached at least 36,217, according to CNN.
The death toll in Turkey has reached 31,643, Turkish Emergency Coordination Center SAKOM said Monday.
The confirmed death toll in Syria is 4,574. That number includes more than 3,160 in opposition-held parts of northwestern Syria, according to the health ministry of the Salvation Government governance authority.
