'Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean', Turkish envoy tells Armenian counterpart
The Armenian quake rescue team has saved two young women in the Turkish city of Adiyaman, Ruben Rubinyan, a deputy parliament speaker and Armenia's special envoy in normalization talks with Turkey, said in a tweet on Tuesday.
“The Armenian team has rescued two young women in Adiyaman today together with their Turkish and US counterparts. Proud of our team,” he tweeted.
Turkey’s special envoy for the dialogue with Armenia, Serdar Kilic, shared Rubinyan’s post, writing: "’Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.’ It's the day that we all did put our ethnicities, nationalities and religions aside and decided to keep on displaying the highest level of humanity and human to human solidarity as children of the same God. God bless you all.”
