Artsakh, Azerbaijani officials hold another meeting – Artsakhpress
Officials from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Azerbaijan met again on Wednesday for talks involving the commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh.
They discussed the restoration of unimpeded movement of vehicles along the Lachin Corridor and its “purposeful use”, Artsakhpress reported, citing the leadership of the Russian peacekeeping troops.
"The sides discussed issues of uninterrupted power and gas supplies,” the media outlet said.
They also discussed the possibility of environmental monitoring in the Drmbon and Kashen mines by Azerbaijani officials.
“They agreed on further cooperation aimed at reducing tensions and establishing peace in the region," Artsakhpress said.
The command of the Russian peacekeeping forces arranged a meeting between the representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan earlier on February 24.
