Artsakh's new state minister unhappy with humanitarian goods transportation
Artsakh Republic State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan on Thursday convened a meeting with the participation of the ministers of agriculture, social development and migration, the deputy minister of finance and economy, and the director of the Village and Agriculture Support Fund, the Artsakh government's press office reported.
Presenting the previously collected data, the new state minister strongly criticized the ways and methods of organizing the transportation of humanitarian goods in order to mitigate the consequences of the Artsakh blockade. Gurgen Nersisyan instructed to urgently summarize the necessary information, inventory the goods and the minimum domestic demand, so that it would be possible to correctly determine the priority of the humanitarian goods to be imported. "The interests of all business entities are not included and evaluated in the various processes, their opinion and point of view were not heard, that's why they have to raise their problems individually," said Nersisyan.
The state minister considered it unacceptable that the agricultural works have not been started so far, and there are many unfinished processes to give them an urgent boost. "One of the main reasons for this situation is the lack of proper interaction between the ministries and other officials. It is unacceptable that they are revealed only during the consultation with the State Minister," Gurgen Nersisyan emphasized.
He gave relevant instructions on a number of issues that require an urgent solution, which must be implemented according to a clear schedule.
