The leader of the Homeland Party, Artur Vanetsyan, has congratulated Armenian women on March 8, International Women's Day, wishing them robust health and success.

“I especially want to congratulate and express gratitude to the hero mothers, the women, whose husbands and brothers did not hesitate for a moment to give their lives for the homeland, for our survival. I warmly congratulate all mothers whose sons are standing on the border to ensure our safety,” he said in a message.

The politician praised women’s invaluable contribution to preserving Armenian national values and passing them from generation to generation.

“It is no accident that when we talk about a strong family, robust society and powerful state, we mean you, above all, as their pillars. Your mission and role are priceless,” Vanetsyan stressed. “We ought to create an atmosphere in our country which would allow women to fully use their skills and realize their potential.”
