Nikol Pashinyan wants to destroy Armenian statehood, poll respondent says
While the Armenian government continues reaffirming its commitment to the peaceful agenda, four servicemen were killed and six wounded in an Azerbaijani attack near the village of Tegh in Armenia's Syunik Province on Tuesday.
A Panorama.am correspondent conducted a poll in the streets of Yerevan today to find out what people think about the current situation in the country.
"We have to find a way out," said one of the respondents.
"A junta has seized power in the country and has been dragging Armenia into a mire for five years. I am utterly disappointed and I am afraid to even think about the current situation. Nikol Pashinyan wants to destroy the Armenian statehood and has made it clear. Armenia has two enemies now – Azerbaijan and Nikol Pashinyan," said another.
"How can we open an “era of peace” with the Azerbaijanis?" a respondent said.
