Snow hits Armenian region
Drivers have been warned of road closures and snowy conditions in Armenia.
The roads linking the Amberd high mountain meteorological station to Amberd Fortress and Lake Kari in Aragatsotn Province remain closed, the Rescue Service said.
Snowfall is reported in the Aragats region.
According to the Department of Emergency Situations of Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center (CMC) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Larsi highway connecting Armenia and Russia via Georgia is open to all traffic.
