Armenian security chief warns of possible Azeri aggression
Azerbaijan may be preparing for a fresh military aggression against Armenia, Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council Armen Grigoryan warned on Thursday.
His comments came after four Armenian soldiers were killed and six others wounded in an Azerbaijani attack near the village of Tegh on April 11.
“Azerbaijan is preparing for a possible military escalation and the latest incident is part of this plan,” he told Civilnet in an interview.
He stressed the Azerbaijani attack was pre-planned, calling it yet another provocation in sovereign Armenian territory.
