Kremlin insists on implementation of Nagorno-Karabakh agreements
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has called the trilateral agreements between the leaders of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan on Nagorno-Karabakh as “the only real basis” for settling the situation, adding their implementation is a necessity.
“We are ready to welcome any steps by the parties that would help ease tensions and further promote the implementation of the trilateral agreements between Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan,” RIA Novosti quoted Peskov as telling reporters on Wednesday.
"The trilateral agreements are the only real basis for the settlement right now. Thus, we consider the advancement towards the implementation of all terms as non-alternative and necessary for everyone," he said.
