Condition of Armenian soldier critically injured in Azeri attack improves
The Armenian servicemen injured in last week’s border skirmishes are showing signs of improved health, the Defense Ministry of Armenia said on Thursday.
Four Armenian troops were killed and six others wounded in an Azerbaijani attack while carrying out engineering work near the village of Tegh on April 11. One of the soldiers suffered critical injuries.
The condition of the five wounded service personnel is now assessed as satisfactory, Defense Ministry spokesman Aram Torosyan told Panorama.am.
“The critically injured soldier is now in serious condition, showing signs of improved health,” he said, adding some of the servicemen have switched to outpatient care.
