Armenian government allocates 382 million drams for road maintenance
The Armenian government endorsed a decision to allocate 382 million drams for road repairs at a meeting on Thursday.
Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Gnel Sanosyan said 135 million drams of the sum would be used for the implementation of three projects, namely for the repairs of a road section linking the town of Goris to the Tegh rural community in Syunik Province, the Isahakyan-Gyumri highway in Shirak Province and a road section running from the M2 highway to the resort town of Jermuk in Aragatsotn Province.
Another 84 million drams will be provided for the repair of the serpentine road leading to the spa town of Dilijan in Tavush Province. Funds will also be allocated for the repair of the Etchmiadzin-Ashtarak highway, the minister added.
