EU welcomes U.S.-hosted Armenia-Azerbaijan talks
The European Union welcomes the four-day negotiations between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan held in the United States, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar said on Saturday.
"Encouraging news from Washington. EU welcomes the sustained engagement from the Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs in 4 days of negotiations,” he tweeted.
“Progress can only be made through dialogue. We continue to stand with Armenia and Azerbaijan and work with our partners in quest for sustained peace,” Klaar added.
