Armenian soldiers wounded in Azeri attacks out of danger
The Armenian troops wounded in Azerbaijani attacks on Friday are all out of danger, Armenia’s Defense Ministry said.
One Armenian soldier was killed, while two others were injured in the wake of Azerbaijani fire near the village of Sotk late on Friday. Two servicemen were wounded in an Azeri drone attack on Armenian positions earlier on Friday morning.
“One of the soldiers wounded in a UAV attack by Azerbaijani forces on 12 May has been discharged from hospital, the other is out of danger,” the Defense Ministry said in a statement on Saturday.
“The servicemen wounded in the wake of enemy fire later on 12 May are also out of danger,” it added.
The border skirmishes left four Armenian troops wounded on Thursday morning.
